LIZ EARLE FOOT REPAIR

Now that the Summer is approaching, it's time to look down and remember those poor, neglected feet that support you each and every day. After months of stuffing them in thick socks and boots it's finally time to think about the sandal season. But wait..... have you seen the state of them?! It could be time for some toe TLC.

I inherited a lot of great genes from my Mum. Amongst many things such as my organisation skills, my attention to detail, my need to plan things out but unfortunately I also inherited bad math skills and very dry feet. Whilst I still struggle to improve on my maths, I do (thankfully) have a dry feet solution to share with you. If you have read my blogs before, you will know that I am a Liz Earle fan and here goes another shout out to another fab product from them.

Liz Earle Foot Repair Moisturiser is my go to rescue product which really does work wonders for dry, cracked, abandoned feet. It is rich is Shea butter, wheatgerm oil and avocado oil for ultra softening properties and has a reviving aroma mix of peppermint, lavadin, cedarwood, patchouli, eucalyptus, spearmint and rosemary essential oils. I absolutely love this foot cream and it is something I return to year on year.

The way I like to use this product is after I've used my foot file on dry skin, had a shower and then I massage a nice layer into my tootsies before putting some socks on for an overnight sweet feet treat!

If your feet need an emergency rescue ahead of the warmer months, this is the product for you!

Until next time, Steph :)
